Your skiing vacation in the Dolomites

Skiers reach by a short bus ride the world famous downhill slope "Sasslonch" with connection to the ski centre Sellaronda and Seceda/Col Raiser, which is connected with the funicular Gardena Express.

The Val Gardena Ronda is the most amazing ski carousel in the Dolomites. Explore the Dolomites by ski and enjoy the stunnig panorama.

From S. Cristina to Col Raiser > Seceda > Ortisei, "La Curta" escalator > Alpe di Siusi cable car > Saltria > Monte Pana (by skibus) > Mont de Sëura > Tramans > Ciampinoi > S. Cristina

Sledge

Winter fun in Val Gardena

Take the chance and spend the day with a funny sledge day. With pleasure we offer you up to 4 bobsleighs gratuitously (on request only).

Valentine's sledge hint:
We take the bus on Monte Pana (20 minutes) to Saltria-Alpe di Siusi. I really like driving around the wood and watching my children looking for a squirrel or a fox in the wood.
When we reach Saltria the bus stops right in front of the Florian ski lift. From the top of this ski lift we sled down the well prepared slope until Tirler hut. There we enjoy our meal while often listening to live music. In the meantime my sons play on the playground and stroke lamas and goats.
Afterwards we return by hiking an hour from Zallinger to Monte Pana, if we are not too tired and take the bus.

Cross-country skiing

Cross-country skiing in S. Cristina

Passionate sportsmen can find 19 miles of cross-country slopeswith sophisticated ascends and rapid descends. A detailed signage will also help you to change the road or to turn back when you are tired. For beginners we recommend you to ski on the slopes of Vallunga or Alpe di Siusi.

Hiking

Keep fit also in vacation and live the winter magic by walking or snowshoeing. With pleasure we recommend you the most breath taking and panoramic walks, you are going to be surprised of how many summer tours are also suitable in winter.

Fat Biken
The best way to try the fat bikes is on frozen snow. The thike mature with little pressure hold on the ground. The powerful Bosch makes engine easy and playful gradients. You simply must have tried it!!

Ice skating
and ice hockey

Visit the ice stadium Pranives of Selva, in order to skate, eat Pizza or cheer on Hockey Club Gherdeina, our long tradition hockey team.
In Ortisei we have an outdoor ice rink at the foot of the Alpe di Siusi station with heated changing room and ice skates rent.
